Name, mobile phone number, email address.

 

Retention and Destruction of Personal Information

From the date of service registration to the date of service withdrawal request.

 

Provision of Personal Information

We inform you that your personal information will be provided within the same scope as the purpose of collection.

 

Refusal to Provide Personal Information

If you refuse to provide personal information, your application for the Exhibition Booth Portal service will not be processed.

 

Scope of Use of Personal Information

The Exhibition Booth Portal will only process personal information within the scope of the service-related purposes and will not use it for purposes other than those operational purposes.

 

In Case of Changes in the Purpose of Use of Personal Information

If the purpose of use changes, necessary measures, such as obtaining separate consent, will be taken in accordance with Article 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act.

 

Refund Policy (Cancellation Fee)

1. Cancellation request made 2 months before the event start date - Full refund (No cancellation fee)

2. Cancellation request made 1 month before the event start date - 50% refund of the payment amount (50% cancellation fee)

3. Cancellation request made 2 weeks before the event start date - No refund (100% cancellation fee)

 

Important Notes

1. Personal information used for event and exhibition services will not be used for purposes other than the specified purpose, 

  in accordance with Article 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act for public institutions.

2. Personal information theft may result in penalties under the Personal Information Protection Act. 

3. If there are any changes to your personal information, such as your mobile phone number, please request an update to your personal information.
